Cancellation and Refund Policy: If you cancel your rental within 14 days of the event date, you are liable to pay 50% of the rental fee. Cancellations made outside of this window may be eligible for a change of Date up to 7 days prior to event date, if cancelled within 7 days. Please note that refunds may take up to 14 Days to process. Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule your event date up to 7 days before the original event date. If you reschedule after this window, we cannot guarantee availability for a new date. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your request based on our availability. By renting our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.
